Preliminary analysis of Uphold’s IOS mobile app

Overview: On Joining Uphold, the first thing I did was to perform a preliminary analysis of the IOS app after having used it myself from a Heuristic and usability standpoint, gauging all elements, especially copy.

So what did this lead to?
The issues identified in the analysis were linked to the existing issues queue for rectification and also, new Jira tickets were created for the ones not yet identified and were brought to everyone’s attention through this analysis.
