Usability testing Hostelworld’s Checkout webpage

Overview: Whilst working for Hostelworld, I identified the dearth of qualitative data. For this purpose, inter alia, I performed several usability tests. Below is the presentation depicting one such Usability test where we presented participants with the design in production and the proposed redesign of the ‘Checkout’ webpage. The presentation below elaborates on the process and the results of the test, along with takeaways summarizing it all. I also prepared a report detailing further on the process and the analysis.
